Salary

We offer a competitive remuneration package with an estimated salary range of €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role requires a highly structured approach and excellent communication skills to manage complex programs and teams in an international environment.

The position reports out to BU management and Nutreco Global Management, working closely with multiple stakeholders outside of the BU to deliver the Iberia Footprint program.

The successful candidate will have 15 years of experience managing business transformation programs in manufacturing industries, preferably in animal/aquafeed, food, FMCG or fine chemicals.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Responsible for performance of direct & indirect reports (Workstream Leads, internal PMO and external PMO)
  • Implementing the program structure incl. workstreams, communication, documentation, reporting, controls and progress tracking
  • Defining, implementing and utilizing program control processes, procedures and related tools
  • Managing the program's budget (CAPEX and OPEX) – controlling commitments, spending and forecasts against baseline budgets
  • Managing overall program risks and issues and lead definition of corrective actions
  • Act as an inspiration and motivator to direct reports and program stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum Bachelor level education
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and writing)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing), both to local (project) teams and to senior management levels
  • Practical, hands-on, active attitude and interest to engage pro-actively with project teams
  • Demonstrated experience in an Operations management related role (e.g. production, supply chain, etc)
  • Having lived and worked outside of home location for at least 2 years
