Senior Territory Manager

As a Senior Territory Manager - Power and Renewables, you will be responsible for leading strategic territorial business plans for the year, focusing on achieving retention, upgrade, and PI targets for your territory and the PODs that you manage. You will also execute annual sales goals and meet targets for new client acquisition and account growth in the Solar market.
Requirements- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring team members
- 3 to 8 years of Power and Renewables experience
- Ability to work in a fast and dynamic environment
- Experience with Contract Renewals
- Proven experience managing a customer life cycle/sales process
- Proven experience managing teams
