About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Nordic Jobs Worldwide. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Request and Incident Management: Log and follow up on customer requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  4. Post-Sales Support: Provide high-quality customer service on post-sales requisitions, including logistics, warranties, and refunds.
  5. CRM Data Management: Capture and update customer data in our CRM system according to client requirements and policies.
