Nuestras oficinas centrales se encuentran en Madrid Capital y dentro de nuestro equipo de E commerce, queremos incorporar una persona como PRODUCT OWNER con experiencia de aproximadamente 3 años en posiciones similares.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?
  1. Gestión efectiva de equipos, colaborando con desarrolladores, diseñadores y otros profesionales.
  2. Supervisión de la vida completa de los proyectos, desde la concepción hasta la entrega, asegurando la calidad y la puntualidad.
  3. Trabajo cercano con el equipo de UX para garantizar una buena experiencia de usuario.
  4. Planificación estratégica y ejecución de lanzamientos, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos comerciales.
  5. Desarrollo y documentación de historias de usuarios y criterios de aceptación.
  6. Gestión del backlog de incidencias, priorizando tareas según las necesidades del negocio.

Zona de trabajo: oficinas centrales de TENDAM, situadas en Madrid capital, zona norte (línea 10 de metro).

Requisitos:
  1. Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Product Owner.
  2. Sólidos conocimientos de programación para comprender y comunicarte efectivamente con el equipo técnico.
  3. Conocimiento sólido de Scrum y experiencia en la gestión de proyectos utilizando esta metodología.
  4. Experiencia previa en proyectos de eCommerce, comprendiendo las complejidades de esta área.
  5. Experiencia previa en plataformas de eCommerce como Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Prestashop o Shopify.
  6. Buen nivel de inglés para comunicación efectiva en un entorno internacional.
