About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at NCC Group. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients protect their brand, value, and reputation against the ever-evolving threat landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements, ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
  • Provide documented solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
  • Create and confidently deliver presentations internally and externally.
  • Liaise with Sales, Delivery, and Product Management teams to agree on deliverables as part of the formal internal sign-off process (QA); or influence change in the response based on evidence.
  • Provide quality technical responses to RFP/RFI working with the commercial and bid team to maximise wins.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on NCC Group's products and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to explain technical content to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong technical security knowledge with solid understanding of cybersecurity threats.
  • Proven ability to manage client interactions and expectations.
  • Strong proposal and tender writing experience and commercial acumen.
  • Strong client presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate solutions that solve client problems while maintaining profit and margin targets.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience integrating cybersecurity solutions.
  • Good understanding of compliance requirements related to cybersecurity business practices.
  • CISSP, CCSP, or similar qualification is advantageous.
