Job Description: As a Legal Advisor, you will be part of the legal and compliance organization, providing expert advice on various aspects of law including commercial, corporate, antitrust, compliance, and governance matters. You will be responsible for giving in-house legal advice to management and business units on all legal issues, drafting contracts, negotiating agreements, and conducting research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you will participate in M&A transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other commercial activities as a legal counterpart. Your role will also involve training staff on national and international contract law, compliance, and antitrust law, as well as managing litigation and arbitration cases.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Law from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a legal counsel in a business environment, preferably with an international corporation.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance risks with operational needs.
  • Sound judgment and analytical skills to assess situations and information.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.
