Brief CallOur process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you. The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you.
InterviewsDuring the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities.
Case StudyDepending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
About the JobWe are looking for a Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team of talented individuals. As a Business System Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs. You will perform analysis to improve existing processes and systems, use analytical tools for data interpretation and insight extraction, create and communicate clear documentation on business requirements, design and evaluate solutions with cross-functional teams, support project management in defining scope and objectives, and foster stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication between business and IT.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst.
- You have experience working with technical teams and connecting them with the business side.
- Experience gathering requirements, user stories or user cases.
- You have created proper documentation for the projects.
- Experience with Agile environments, especially with Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English Fluent as you will be working at an international and multicultural environment and English is the day-to-day language.
