Business System Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst to join our team at Mantu Group Sa. As a Business System Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve existing processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business requirements
- Perform analysis to improve existing processes and systems
- Use analytical tools for data interpretation and insight extraction
- Create and communicate clear documentation on business requirements
- Design and evaluate solutions with cross-functional teams
- Support project management in defining scope and objectives
- Foster stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication between business and IT
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst
- Experience working with technical teams and connecting them with the business side
- Experience gathering requirements, user stories, or use cases
- Experience creating proper documentation for projects
- Experience with Agile environments, especially with Scrum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English Fluency as you will be working in an international and multicultural environment and English is the day-to-day language
