We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst to join our international team at Amaris Consulting. As a Business System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs, improving existing processes and systems, and creating clear documentation on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business needs, identifying areas for process improvement and system optimization.
- Perform analysis to improve existing processes and systems, using analytical tools for data interpretation and insight extraction.
- Create and communicate clear documentation on business requirements, ensuring effective communication between business and IT teams.
- Design and evaluate solutions with cross-functional teams, fostering stakeholder relationships and facilitating communication between business and IT.
- Support project management in defining scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, with a proven track record of improving business processes and systems.
- Experience working with technical teams and connecting them with the business side, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience gathering requirements, user stories, or use cases, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience creating proper documentation for projects, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
- Experience with Agile environments, especially with Scrum, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Experience at big companies or complex environments, with a strong understanding of business operations and systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, with a strong understanding of project scope and objectives.
- Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Experience working in virtual teams and Hybrid environments, with a strong understanding of remote work policies and procedures.
