Customer Service Representative - Danish

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Danish Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in Denmark.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including chats, calls, and social media queries
  • Provide customers with product and service information, and research required information using available resources
  • Identify customer needs and manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer information system and identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up on customer calls where necessary and ensure that customer expectations are exceeded
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in Danish (verbal and written), with a good command of English
  • Strong customer orientation and previous customer service experience is advantageous
  • Available to work different hours and be office-based
  • Strong PC literacy and ability to follow processes and procedures
