### Job Description

As a Danish Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, addressing both technical and administrative inquiries through telephone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with installations and configuring their terminals or online payment solutions, troubleshoot reported issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service to Danish-speaking customers
* Assist customers with installations and configuring their terminals or online payment solutions
* Troubleshoot reported issues and maintain strong customer relationships
* Work in a fast-paced call centre environment
* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

### Requirements

* Fluent in Danish (Level C2)
* Working proficiency in English
* Experience in a call centre
* Strong communication and social skills
* Positive attitude towards changes
* Team-player mentality
* Strong listening skills
* Service-oriented approach
