Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000, depending on location and experience.
Job Description
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support our Clinical Development team. As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between IT and clinical research teams, ensuring that technology solutions effectively support our clinical trial processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders in clinical development to identify and document business and functional requirements for IT systems;
- Translating complex clinical development needs into actionable IT specifications;
- Mapping out and documenting current clinical development processes to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement;
- Evaluating, recommending, and supporting the implementation of IT systems that meet the needs of the clinical development team;
- Ensuring successful system integration, data migration, and customization, working closely with IT and clinical teams;
- Providing training and support to clinical development teams, ensuring effective use of IT systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in clinical development or related RD areas;
- A strong understanding of clinical trial processes and related IT systems;
- Experience managing IT projects in a regulated environment, with knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other relevant regulations;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience with system validation, process optimization, and project management;
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms applied to clinical or medical areas.
