Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Workday Integration Specialist to join our team at Smith & Nephew. As a key member of our HR Technology team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and training for our HR Technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document user requirements to ensure seamless integration of HR systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, suggesting improvements to enhance system performance
- Prepare and implement integration solutions, including PICOF, PECI, and Payroll Integrations
- Ensure effective change management and communication across the organization
- Manage data cleansing and mass data uploads to maintain data integrity
- Assist in testing new HR Technology releases and participate in system-related projects and enhancements
- Write test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing to ensure system quality
Requirements
- English language proficiency at B2+ level (minimum required)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Workday functional knowledge and experience in global projects, data structure, and security
- Knowledge of Workday Studio & BIRT and basic knowledge of Workday Integrations Technologies, Rest API
- Desirable experience with HR IT cloud-based systems and process integration, understanding of HR Technology vendors and implementations in multiple markets
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and global HR processes
- Effective workload management and prioritization capabilities to handle various tasks efficiently
- Experience in service improvement
