Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality-related analyses, concepts, methods, and tools to support management decision-making.
  • Advise business accountable management on quality-related issues and ensure the implementation of quality-related standards, guidelines, and programs.
  • Analyze the working environment and propose improvements to management to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and legal trends in quality assurance and apply this knowledge to drive quality projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective cooperation and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Experience in quality assurance and production processes.
  • Experience in applying problem-solving tools such as 8D Methodology, Kaizen, control plan, FMEA, and SPC.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a quality assurance role.
