As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and analyzing Quality concepts, methodologies, tools, and procedures as part of our effective Quality Management Systems within a designated Quality area or organizational unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Quality-related analyses, concepts, methodologies, and tools for management decision-making.
  • Provide guidance to management on specific Quality-related matters.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to quality standards, guidelines, and programs within assigned Quality areas or organizational units.
  • Assess the working environment and recommend improvements to management.
  • Stay informed about industry and regulatory trends relevant to specific Quality areas.
  • Lead and mentor unit-specific Quality projects.
  • Participate in budget planning processes.
  • Educate employees on Quality-related topics.
  • Facilitate collaboration among quality-related staff without direct leadership responsibilities.
  • Ensure effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • A degree in engineering.
  • Proficient in English (C1 level).
  • Experience in quality assurance and production processes.
  • Familiarity with problem-solving tools such as 8D Methodology, Kaizen, control plans, FMEA, and SPC.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
