As a key player in our Quality Management Systems, you will be responsible for developing and assessing Quality concepts, methodologies, tools, and procedures within a designated Quality domain or organizational unit.
Your Role in Our Vision
We are seeking a mechanical or electrical engineer with a solid background in quality assurance and production processes who will:
- Conduct comprehensive Quality-related analyses and prepare actionable concepts and methodologies for management review.
- Provide expert advice to management on specific Quality-related matters.
- Ensure the implementation of quality standards, guidelines, and programs within your assigned area.
- Assess the working environment and recommend enhancements to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and legal requirements relevant to your Quality area.
- Lead and mentor unit-specific Quality projects.
- Participate in budget planning activities.
- Educate employees on Quality practices.
- Facilitate collaboration among quality staff without direct team leadership.
- Foster effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in engineering.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Experience in quality assurance and production processes.
- Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Kaizen, control plans, FMEA, and SPC.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A collaborative mindset.
