Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing quality management systems to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality-related analyses, concepts, methods, and tools to support business decision-making.
  • Provide expert advice to management on quality-related issues and ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Implement quality-related standards, guidelines, and programs in specific quality areas or organizational units.
  • Analyze working environments and propose improvements to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and legal trends in quality management.
  • Drive and coach unit-related general quality projects in specific quality areas.
  • Contribute to budget planning processes.
  • Train employees in quality-related areas.
  • Coordinate quality-related staff without leading the team.
  • Ensure effective cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Experience in quality and production processes.
  • Experience in applying problem-solving tools (8D Methodology, Kaizen, control plan, FMEA, SPC).
  • 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Teamwork.
