About the Role

As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the Finance team and the Legal team on various projects, overseeing the legal aspects of our business and providing advice to management. You will take ownership of drafting, negotiating, and providing advice on commercial contracts, partnership agreements, financing agreements, and corporate agreements.

You will participate in the design and monitoring of the commercial launch of new products and services, coordinate external legal counsels, and proactively look out for ways to improve existing agreements. You will provide business partners with a thoughtful legal perspective, guidance, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of drafting, negotiating, and providing advice on commercial contracts, partnership agreements, financing agreements, and corporate agreements.
  • Participate in the design and monitoring of the commercial launch of new products and services.
  • Coordinate external legal counsels on specific matters.
  • Proactively look out for ways to improve existing agreements.
  • Provide business partners with a thoughtful legal perspective, guidance, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
