About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Holistic Therapist to join our team at Boho Club. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of individual clients and provide personalized treatment plans
  • Provide advice and alternative treatments to meet client needs
  • Allocate treatment rooms and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Discuss treatment plans with clients and make adjustments as needed
  • Provide a range of treatments to clients, including massages, facials, and other wellness services
  • Check in with clients after treatments to ensure their satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with new treatments and advances in the wellness industry
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a spa therapist or customer service representative
  • High level of English proficiency (professional level)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work weekends
