Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely completion of month-end financial close processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Department to support reconciliation activities.
- Assist in processing and managing student payment transactions.
- Oversee the accurate application of manual Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) for students.
- Ensure all cash receipts are recorded and deposited daily.
- Manage common email communication channels to guarantee prompt responses.
- Provide assistance to financial aid, recruitment, and registration initiatives as required.
- Ensure daily operational procedures are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Adapt to various tasks as directed by management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably with a concentration in Accounting.
- Minimum of two years of experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within an educational institution.
- Proficiency in Spanish, English, and French is essential.
- Familiarity with desktop applications, particularly Microsoft Windows and Word.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is advantageous.
- Must possess a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational communication skills are necessary.

We are establishing a new Financial Services team in Marbella to provide essential accounting support across our business units, and we seek experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialists to contribute to this initiative.
This role involves ensuring the accuracy of daily cash receipts, processing manual EFTs for financial aid, managing credit card transactions, and addressing student inquiries with a focus on exceptional customer service, all under the guidance of the AR Supervisor.
