Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance Department in Marbella. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of accounting experience and a high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities- Interpret subscriber contracts and export relevant data into Salesforce and SAP
- Follow up with existing and new accounts to ensure contract terms are met
- Issue invoices, customer statements, and update customer files
- Assist with account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements
- Prepare journal entries and assist with VAT and Tax returns
- Compile financial reports and maintain accurate historical records
- Support administrative duties and collaborate with other departments
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in Spanish and excellent command of English
- Proven experience with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle confidential information
