Role Overview

We're seeking a VoIP Engineer to integrate a project that enhances our communications platform. As a member of our Programmable Communications Team, you'll work on delivering high-quality and real-time communications to our users, operating at carrier-grade expectations.

About You
  • You're a pragmatic and open-minded individual with experience in RTC architecture and VoIP-related protocols (SIP, RTP).
  • You have experience with open-source SIP technologies (FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, Asterisk, etc.) and development using Typescript.
  • You're familiar with containerized environments (Docker, K8S) and have worked with AWS in a production environment.
  • You have experience with the software development life cycle, code reviews, GitLab, CI/CD, automated testing, deployment activities, and troubleshooting production issues.
  • You're fluent in English and comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
