At Rotzinger Gruppe, we are dedicated to the design, manufacture, and marketing of patented mechanical and robotic packaging positioning machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create detailed mechanical designs and 3D models using CAD software. Develop prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs.
  • Analysis: Perform stress, strain, thermal, or any other analysis to ensure the reliability and durability of components and systems.
  • Manufacturing Support: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, including selecting materials and methods. Work closely with production teams to implement designs.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures and standards. Conduct inspections and testing to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Documentation: Prepare contents for technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and maintenance guides.
  • Compliance: Ensure designs and processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety codes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials science.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication (English and Spanish) and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with quality control and assurance processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in packaging industry.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and environmental impact analysis.
