At Packfeeder as part of the Rotzinger Group (Swiss Industrial Multinational) we are dedicated to the design, manufacture and marketing of our worldwide patented mechanical and robotic packaging positioning machinery.
**Your impact**
- As part of a small team, you will be responsible for HR personnel administration (the entire employee lifecycle) for the company Packfeeder
- You advertise the positions and support the managers in the holistic recruitment process
- You ensure the administration and are responsible for all HR tasks
- You will support the introduction of digital HR tools (expenses, time recording, etc.)
- We also look forward to active participation in various HR projects and events throughout the company
**Your profile**
- Training/further training in HR or business administration (university degree) is a plus
- Practical expertise in HR (e.g. HR specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage)
- Team spirit and yet a high level of initiative and an independent, quality-orientated way of working
- Flawless knowledge of Spanish as well as good oral and written knowledge of English
