**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:Lead and manage engineering projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- **Design and Development**:Oversee the design and development of custom-engineered solutions for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- **Technical Expertise**:Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation phases.
- **Client Interaction**:Serve as key contact for Sales team and also clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met through tailored solutions.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Prepare detailed project documentation, including technical reports, design specifications, and progress updates.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure all projects meet Venair’s stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in project management and engineering.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
- **Experience**:No experience is required.
- **Technical Skills**:Knowledge of engineering principles, CAD software, and project management tools valuable.
- **Problem-Solving**:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- **Communication**:Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- **Language Proficiency**:Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- **Mobility**:Willingness to travel for project assignments as needed.
