As a Support Engineer specialized in Industrial Gas Filtration, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the succes of our filtration systems within a wide range of industries. You will have to provide technical expertise and support to our clients, assisting them in optimizing their filtration processes and maintaining equipment performance.

This position is based in Terrassa (Barcelona) and will be part of the EMEA Product Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding the selection, installation, operation, and maintenance of our industrial gas filtration systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot filtration system issues, collaborating with clients to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Centralise customer requests and structure the information to make it available for the rest of the organisation
- Prepare information in order to start new projects
- Project management of projects for some specific products
- Support with documentation for several products

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrial gas filtration systems, compressor industry or related fields
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Structured way of working.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluent English is a must
