Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and expand our presence in the European retail market.
- Maintain and develop a client hunting list, pipeline, and sales plan to ensure achievement of assigned annual sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to identify cross-selling opportunities and present applicable Gunnebo solutions and services.
- Understand and interpret prospective clients' security, operational, and financial objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
- Deliver advanced solution presentations to prospective customers, outlining the benefits and ROI of our products and services.
- Train partners on our products and services to ensure effective sales and customer support.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Minimum 5 years sales management and 3 years business development experience.
- Demonstrable experience in the access control industry, with a solid understanding of security solutions.
- Strong network in the commercial properties and institutional verticals.
- Proven ability to network, prospect, and convert new clients, with a consultative/solution sales approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages and Dynamics 365.
