About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Global Head of Content Marketing to join our team at International People Solutions in Barcelona. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
  2. Lead and manage a team of content marketers, designers, and developers to create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of content marketing initiatives.
  4. Recruit and manage top talent for the content marketing team.
  5. Define and implement best practices and processes for content creation, distribution, and measurement.
  6. Develop and execute a growth plan focused on content marketing, including identifying new opportunities and channels.
  7. Own and manage self-revenue, including pricing and budgeting.
  8. Work closely with the product team to ensure alignment and integration of content marketing efforts.
  9. Manage a team of 12 content marketers, designers, and developers.
  10. Lead by example and embody the company culture.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role within different GEOs (performance/affiliate/mobile marketing).
  2. A proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  3. Experience working with product teams within the performance marketing industry.
  4. Proven people management skills, with a focus on recruiting and developing top talent.
  5. Fluency in English.
