Global Head of Content Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Head of Content Operations to lead our Content Operations department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in the onboarding of our partners and the content of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a global team of 30+ internal employees and 250+ external collaborators
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to transform our operation from a work-intensive to a self-service-first/automated one
  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and ideate solutions to drive business results
  • Make strategic decisions based on data and drive business outcomes
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related majors
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting firms, top digital product firms)
  • Experience leading big teams and driving business growth
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of delivering business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
