About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Key Accounts Manager to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with our key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Account Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive account strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with senior-level customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
  3. Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and revenue growth through effective negotiation, pricing, and contract management.
  4. Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to develop and implement effective distribution and inventory systems.
  5. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  6. Manage and Analyze Sales Data: Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  1. Significant Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the Pharma, Biotech, Clinical, or Food Safety sectors.
  2. Strategic Business Development: Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
  3. Leadership and Influence: Proven ability to lead and influence without authority to accomplish business initiatives.
  4. Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze sales data and develop business cases.
  5. Travel Requirement: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
