About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridges and Structures Design Engineer to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our infrastructure design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality bridge and structure design solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work collaboratively with our team of engineers and designers to deliver complex bridge and structure design projects.
  2. Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and information for design purposes.
  3. Develop and implement design solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  5. Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure that all design work is completed to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in bridge and structure design.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in bridge and structure design, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  2. Strong technical skills and knowledge of design software and tools.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  5. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  2. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
  3. Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
