Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineer with expertise in bridges and/or structures design to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will contribute to the assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary, and detailed designs of various projects, including standalone bridge commissions and multidisciplinary major projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of designers on bridges and structures projects, working across different offices and locations.
  • Undertake medium-complexity projects, supported by experienced engineers, and lead small design teams focused on structural design for specific projects.
  • Conduct value engineering evaluations, determining alternative designs, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Work autonomously, with latitude to determine work priorities, and perform quality control reviews of design calculations or drawings.
  • Ensure project technical goals, milestones, and budgets are met, and prepare complex project deliverables using junior technical and support staff.
