Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our Data Center Construction team in Zaragoza, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of our data centers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead negotiations with contractors and vendors to secure the best possible terms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on data center construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues.
