Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with General Managers to drive business growth and improvement opportunities
  • Support and coach leaders and managers in achieving key strategic objectives
  • Lead employee communications, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Implement and manage our Recruitment system, developing local capabilities to attract and retain key talent
  • Manage all aspects of Payroll, bonus, benefit, and car fleet administration
  • Undertake HR administration, maintain HR policies, procedures, and training needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in an autonomous HR role with broad operational and strategic delivery
  • Excellent HR knowledge, skills, and expertise
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required, Portuguese would be desirable
  • Accountability and high attention to detail is required
  • Engaging communicator with ability to coach and mentor others
