Trade Marketing Manager - Spain

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our EMEA distribution team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a channel-specific Trade Marketing strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Trade Marketing strategy that drives sales growth and brand awareness in the Spanish market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring regular communication and collaboration to secure in-store and online opportunities.
  • Manage the execution of GTM, product, and communication plans in-store and online, ensuring alignment with our brand positioning.
  • Develop creative ideas to drive consumer awareness, engagement, and conversion in-store and online.
  • Manage promotional campaigns, including seasonal promotions, propositions, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze promotion performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute Trade Shows, retailer events, and in-store branded space, working with regional hubs and agencies to deliver best-in-class execution.
  • Ensure all data, assets, and product information are provided to retailers for product listing in a timely manner.
  • Drive country marketing initiatives to deliver sales growth and own the sales out number.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field with in-depth understanding of the distribution and retail landscape in Spain.
  • Team player personality with flexibility and ability to win in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good level of presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
