French Customer Support Specialist in Madrid

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the highest standards of quality in all interactions with our high-end automotive clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Main point of contact for customers, coordinating with markets, retailers, and internal stakeholders to address customer requests.
- Serve as a liaison with external suppliers to resolve premium customer requests.
- Solve customers' requests by offering exquisite treatment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage incidents efficiently, guiding management to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Advanced French level (minimum C2).
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented.
- Permanent contract.
- 39-hour work week.
- Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Possibility of extra income for availability outside of regular hours (€200-€400 per month).
- Salary up to €26,500 per year.
- Paid training for 3 weeks.
