Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou in Barcelona. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate, individual, group, and M&E business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales budget and increase sales by driving more business to all segments of the hotel.
  • Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Work with our Director of Sales on sales activities and manage more junior members of the team.
  • Generate new business through market research and represent The Hoxton at industry networking events.
  • Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
