Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at IQ, a leading blockchain services company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our branding and AI narrative.

Key Responsibilities
  1. X Strategy and Management
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive X strategy that showcases our products and services.
  • Manage our social media accounts, creating and scheduling daily posts that engage our audience.
  • Engage with followers, industry influencers, and partners to build relationships and increase visibility.
  • Live-tweet during important events and trending news.
  • Monitor and analyze X metrics to adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement marketing funnels and content strategies that align with our overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and develop our social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets to ensure positive coverage.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our communication and marketing strategies.
  1. Content Creation
  • Produce engaging, informative, and shareable content about the blockchain space.
  • Create X threads and contents explaining current trends, project updates, and market analysis.
  • Design eye-catching graphics, GIFs, and short video clips optimized for X.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all X communications.
  • Create content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, articles, videos, and more.
  • Develop a content plan based on statistics from the previous period.
  1. Community Management
  • Foster a vibrant community around our project and narrative.
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and host X Spaces discussions on relevant topics.
  • Identify and engage with key opinion leaders and potential partners in the crypto space.
  1. Trending and Growth
  • Stay on top of trending topics in the blockchain space.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align X efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  1. Education and Awareness
  • Create educational content to help newcomers and experts understand our narrative and the IQ ecosystem.
  • Develop X campaigns to raise awareness about important issues in the crypto space.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced social media manager with a proven track record of growing and engaging X audiences. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech sector.
  • A proven track record of growing and engaging X audiences.
  • Expert-level understanding of X, especially in the field of blockchain and key opinion leaders.
  • Genuine passion and interest in growing X handles.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the overall digital asset ecosystem.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
  • Strong visual design skills and experience with graphic design tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of X best practices, features, and algorithm changes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the 24/7 nature of the crypto market.
  • High-level English skills and good communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience with advertising tools and the ability to create high-quality and original content.
