Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Iberia. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading our HR mission and fostering a culture of lifelong learning and growth mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all HRBP activities for Iberia, with a special focus on the Global Operations area.
- Nurture robust partnerships with internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and ensuring their success at TheFork.
- Set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and EDI strategy in motion through strong collaboration within the HR community.
- Proactively contribute and drive optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives.
- Be the ambassador for TheFork's organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.
- Support leaders and their teams in fostering EDI at TheFork, modeling the attributes needed to be an inclusive partner and colleague.
- Closely collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team to manage operational employee issues and provide advice to business leaders.
- Accountable for delivering the annual people calendar activities for Iberia, including Performance management, Compensation cycle, Talent development, and Engagement.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile and fast-paced environment for more than 7 years.
- Strong HR foundation and consultative approach, with a curiosity to understand business objectives and how teams must be organized and operate to deliver on them.
- Fast learner, growth mindset, and proactive approach.
- Skilled in managing complex situations and providing HR guidance to diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitative approach that allows serving effectively as an HR role model.
- Metrics-oriented with good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in startups, retail, or hospitality environments is highly valued.
- Knowledge in Spanish employment and labor law is a strong plus.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
