Babel Profiles is a dynamic technological company that's a leader in the e-commerce industry. We're looking for a confident and engaged sales professional to join our international sales team in Madrid.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be motivated, committed, and structured. They will also have 1-2 years of experience in sales, an active listening style, and comfort making cold calls. Additionally, they will be tech-savvy, eager to learn, and open to feedback.

We offer a competitive salary of $$60,000 per year, as well as a competitive commission structure, hybrid working model, health insurance, and growth opportunities within the company.

As a sales executive at Babel Profiles, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, ensuring seamless transitions from lead generation to deal closure. You will qualify and identify incoming leads, engage effectively with prospective accounts, and deliver tailored solutions to businesses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring seamless transitions from lead generation to deal closure
  • Qualify and identify incoming leads to engage effectively with prospective accounts
  • Feel comfortable making cold calls to engage potential clients and generate new business opportunities
  • Understand the needs of target prospects and passionately convey the value of our platform
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in other organizations
  • Deliver and sell tailored solutions to businesses, successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth

Our recruitment process includes four stages: Interview with one of our Recruiters, Interview with HR, Interview + Roleplay with the Trainer, and Interview with the HR Director and Sales Director.
