E-commerce Sales Executive

As a key player in our growth trajectory, you'll drive new business by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities in the e-commerce retail sector.
About the role:
As a Mid Market Account Executive at Ingrid, you'll leverage your sales and industry expertise to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of prospective clients. Your success will be founded on your ability to forge strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver outstanding results. You'll report to the Head of Sales Nordics and receive support from a dedicated marketing, partnership, and sales engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce retail sector
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, utilizing both inbound leads and outbound strategies
- Conduct discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their business challenges and tailor solutions that align with their objectives
- Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within prospect organizations
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy
- Provide insights and feedback from the market to help shape product development and marketing strategies
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact the business
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold SaaS solutions to companies in the e-commerce retail sector
- Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is preferred
- Fluent in Swedish and English
