**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Avient Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth in North Spain by developing and executing sales plans that meet or exceed targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Performance: Achieve stated gross margin targets as a percentage of sales, drive new business development, and establish strong relationships with key decision makers and project facilitators.
  • Account Development: Develop contact matrices, execute and manage sales plans, sales budgets, and expense budgets, and coordinate closely with regional sales teams to accelerate and drive profitable growth through solutions selling.
  • Industry Expertise: Become an industry and product expert to leverage successes across the industry, understand key players, applications, requirements, trends, and needs, and share within the targeted industry.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the chemical or materials industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong customer-centric selling skills, ability to work independently, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM systems.
