- Maintain high standards of quality service and product.
- 5+ years of experience in senior food & beverage, banquets, or catering roles, preferably in a lifestyle brand.
- Resort and international experience is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and methodical thinking with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in Spanish and English.
