About the Role

**Job Summary**

Sin Nombre is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating operational risk across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Centralize all information related to operational risk incidents and ensure that incidents eligible for disclosure are properly recorded in our risk management system.
  • Support 1st Line of Defense (1LoR) teams in performing detailed investigations on every case to identify the root cause of incidents and develop remediation plans.
  • Monitor the timely execution of remediation plans by 1LoR teams.
  • Lead and coordinate the drafting of Incident Learning Reports for operational risk incidents above €500K impact threshold, and lead deep dive analysis whenever required.
  • Provide oversight and management information reports to the Local Risk Committee (LRC) about the status of operational risk position.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required, and help 1LoR teams to adjust operational risk mitigants to the business environment.
  • Spread awareness and deliver training to the local organization about operational risk management.
  • Interface with Corporate and Regional teams on operational risk topics.
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
  • Provide oversight and coordinate activities to ensure timely execution of BCM deliverables.
  • Support 1LoR teams in performing their own BCM duties.
  • Monitor the quality of information recorded in our risk management system by 1LoR teams in connection with BCM deliverables to ensure they meet corporate quality standards.
  • Update regularly the Local Risk Committee (LRC) about the status of BCM deliverables.
  • Interface with Corporate and Regional teams on BCM topics.
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
  • Ensure timely execution of the following activities/deliverables owned by the 2nd Line of Defense (2LoR) function: Risk Appetite Monitoring (RAS Report) and Enterprise Country Risk Monitoring (ECRM Dashboard).
  • Field Audits in line with internal policies and procedures (schedule monitoring, sample selection, report-out validation, governance oversight, supplier management).
  • Provide oversight and coordinate activities to ensure timely execution of the following activities/deliverables owned by the 1LoR functions: Annual Bill Collect (BC) Audits and Annual Outsourcing Risk Review (including the risk assessment of any new outsourcing solutions before on-boarding).
  • Manage the Local Risk Committee (LRC) process (including agenda meeting pack preparation, minutes drafting).
About You

**Requirements**

  • Higher Educational degree (at least M1 or equivalent) in Business Management, Banking, or Risk Management.
  • Min 7+ year proven experience in Risk management (excluding internships or equivalent) in a banking environment - preferably in a Corporate lending environment - or at a consulting/audit firm.
  • Min 3+ year proven experience in a similar Operational Risk Management role (excluding internships or equivalent) in a banking institution - preferably in Corporate lending environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Self-starter and well organized.
  • Strong analytical skills - with ability to clearly articulate complex topics.
  • Good communication skills - both oral and written - across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in large, multi-country and matrix-based organizations.
  • Interested in operational (hands-on) roles whilst capable to contribute or drive higher-level and/or longer-term projects/initiatives.
