The Role
As a Freelance Recruiter at Bigdata.Com, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier talent to fill critical leadership and specialized roles. Reporting directly to the Talent Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and recruiting high-quality talent for open positions within our organization
  • Developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Thoroughly assessing candidates' technical skills, leadership abilities, and cultural fit
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations
  • Managing the candidate experience, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment process
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline and optimize the hiring process

Requirements

  • Proven track record working with scaling-up companies
  • Experience in scaling up companies hiring numerous profiles per process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
