Senior Ads Campaign Specialist with Spanish Language Expertise

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sr. Ads Campaign Specialist with expertise in Spanish language to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Ad Success Team (AST), you will be responsible for onboarding advertisers on Sponsored Ads (SA) and managing accounts for search and managed display.
Our team is dedicated to making advertisers successful on Amazon by inspiring, educating, and supporting our advertising customers. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about digital advertising, has excellent analytical skills, and can formulate strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of accounts, including Standard and High Value advertisers, to optimize ad performance and meet client KPIs.
- Collaborate with advertisers and in-country Account Managers to understand advertising goals and expectations.
- Lead kickoff calls with advertisers, drive discussion, and execute end-to-end ad optimization.
- Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance.
- Bachelor's degree and +2 years related work experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (writing, reading, speaking, and communication).
- Experience in a data and results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Digital Advertising or related Master's degree.
- 2+ years' experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space.
- Proven success in business development, advertising, or account management roles.
- Flair for data and analytical knowledge (Advanced Excel, basic SQL knowledge a plus).
