Music Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Music Operations Manager to lead our operations team and drive the success of our music distribution services.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating client needs into technical specifications, planning and delivering excellent services, and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional services and results to clients, both internally and externally.
- Implement and run quality assurance processes for every delivery.
- Understand client needs and find optimal solutions.
- Discern technical capabilities of tools and team, and translate them to clients.
- Transform client challenges into opportunities for growth.
- Create better internal processes and lead changes.
- Develop creative solutions for existing and new clients.
- 2+ years of experience in online music royalty distribution processes and their standards (DDEX, CISAC...).
- 4+ years of experience in project management, technical account management, or client support in technical environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Highly organized, multitasker, and with strong attention to detail.
- Initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Passion for listening, asking, understanding, and communicating.
- Love for teamwork and learning.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or NoSQL queries, Python, and its frameworks.
- Comfortable dealing with a large amount of data and numbers.
- Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan is highly appreciated, but not mandatory.
- Based in Spain. Local candidates are preferred, but remote work arrangements may be considered.
