The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Benefits Director to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our benefits team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing benefits programs that meet the needs of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of EMEA benefits programs, ensuring they are cost-efficient, well-understood by employees, and competitive in the market.
  • Manage vendor and broker relationships, including contract negotiations and performance against SLAs.
  • Use data analysis to inform decisions and recommendations, assessing the use of metrics to monitor program impact and efficiency.
  • Develop clear and concise communications to ensure leadership and employees understand the full suite of available benefits.
  • Partner with local HR, office managers, and external vendors to ensure robust processes and employee communications are in place.
  • Lead on harmonization of benefits schemes across FTI's EMEA offices in line with collective bargaining agreements and industry best practice.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of benefits programs, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
