Job Title: Senior Director

NTT is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our strategic projects in Madrid, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and analysis to the executive leadership team to drive business performance and innovation.
  • Develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan, aligning business goals with market trends and opportunities.
  • Identify emerging industry trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate challenges and capitalize on growth areas.
  • Contribute to the definition, refinement, and communication of the company's strategic vision to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential growth markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities.
  • Assess the competitive landscape, including evaluating competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
  • Provide actionable insights based on market intelligence to guide strategic decisions.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue diversification and expansion into new markets.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models and projections for strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate the financial feasibility and potential risks associated with strategic projects.
  • Monitor and assess the financial performance of existing initiatives against strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and strategic planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in using data and analytics to inform strategic choices and validate hypotheses.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Solid leadership and team management capability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.
  • Broad mix of strategic thinking, leadership, and technical skills to effectively guide the organization's strategic direction and decision-making.
  • Highly skilled in creating and analyzing different scenarios to anticipate potential outcomes and develop contingency plans.
  • Ability to assess the potential profitability of various projects and initiatives, considering costs, revenues, and margins.
  • Broad knowledge of budgeting processes and strategic allocation of resources to maximize returns.
  • Understanding of global market dynamics, cultural differences, and international expansion strategies.

  • Substantial experience in a senior strategic advisory role, ideally within a relevant industry.
