**Commercial Excellence Role**

We help our customers and their patients fulfill their dream of having a baby. We are now offering the exciting possibility to join our Commercial Excellence team as a Global Pricing Manager.
The Commercial Excellence team is responsible for driving programs related to increasing sales force efficiency and improving customer satisfaction. As a key member of this team, you will be part of projects of high commercial importance and interact closely with Sales, Marketing, Key Account Management, Strategy & Corporate Development, Finance, and Business Control.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-depth analyses of global market dynamics, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to develop actionable insights for strategic pricing decisions.
- Create and refine global customer segmentation pricing strategies and guidelines tailored to the diverse needs of various customer segments.
- Develop enterprise-wide portfolio pricing and rebating strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
- Design and implement a pricing governance and approval model to ensure margin protection and lead cross-functional teams in change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to finetune and implement cutting-edge digital tools for pricing and quoting.
- Analyze pricing variations and trends, prepare clear reports, and provide input on pricing performance to forecasting processes.
- Develop specialized enterprise pricing and contracting approaches for Key Accounts and negotiate pricing agreements that align with unique client needs.
- Represent the Global Sales & Marketing team in process improvement projects and contribute to initiatives enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
**Requirements**
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in business, biotechnology, or a similar field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles or consulting experience within the pricing field. A demonstrated track-record and experience in delivering projects with relevant impact are essential. Medical Device, Clinical Diagnostics, Pharma, or Life Science experience is beneficial. Proficiency in English, Swedish, and/or Spanish, both written and verbal, is required. Extensive global business acumen and digital savvy are also essential.
We have confidence in your ability to be organized, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. You should be able to collaborate, influence, and motivate key stakeholders across a wide range of seniority and work independently. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to manage and be the interface of cross-functional teams effectively.
Assuming responsibility and taking the initiative is not an issue for you, and you can make informed decisions when necessary. You should be adept at setting strategic objectives, managing time and resources, and analyzing data to detect patterns. Staying up-to-date with market trends and recognizing potential business opportunities is also essential.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in one of our offices in Gothenburg or Valencia. International travels will be part of the position.
